I am definitely thinking dressy-ish black booties are what I will take to wear with it (the Topshop ones below are the most likely ones for me, since I'll be able to wear them with other outfits on the trip as well). If there is a refined bootie with a more slightly pointed/almond toe (I know you can't do a true pointy toe) and a fitted ankle to keep the effect as sleek as possible, that's how I would go.&nbsp;</p> <p>Or how about a low block-heel pump in something like black suede?
