I think you could go one of three ways with your shoes...either pick up on the burgundy, the blue or the gold. A modern, adorable strappy pump, something dressy. Since you are wearing a dress that is both coloured and adorned at the neck, I'd probably wear just gold bangles or a gold cuff. Perhaps leave off the earrings and do a pretty up style with your hair. Or include gold statement earrings and leave your hair out and simple. What is your dress like? I'd be inclined to go for a chunky gold bangle with simple earrings.
