I have brought some blouses , skirts , v neck jumper, tank tops , cardis, a black skirt and black fitted trousers. i have a chubby tummy but nice legs so i like wearing the patterned tights/prep/pleated skirt combo.I dont want to look like i work at an office though but my age(16) as i look young and want to look trendy.Do you have any tips on how to look cute i like the way they look on gossip girl yet the clothing rules restrict me.Thank you xx </p>
