What Laura said :)

Make sure that the waistband hits you quite high and we'll take it from there.

It is really pretty, and with the pleats sew down, I bet it would be fun. Try it and check it out on you! (Enabling here!)

I tried this skirt and it is very nice! It was too much of a departure from my style so i did not bring it home. The color is vibrant and it seems to be made of good quality fabric. I found it true to size, I am a 0 or 2 in their skirts and I tried a 2, it was a bit loose but some prefer their skirts this way.
It is very flippy (is that a word?) and playful:)

I would order it now and ask questions later! These pleats are sewn down and usually are really flattering.

I have never worn a pleated or a flare skirt ever. I feel it widens my waist and poufs out over my small butt. but I am wondering if the BR skirt Angie linked to might work?

If you think yes how should I style it for maximum figure flattery?

Merci.
