Yes, that's an issue, Sara. I think straight pants should have leg length, or possibly just a smidgen shorter (like yours are already, AM). I don't mind the scrunching, though. Some prefer to have them hemmed at the ankle bone, but personally I think they look like too short pants then

Sara - I confuse myself with this too. I think part of the problem is I want pants to work with all my shoes and that may just not be realistic.

I've been pondering this question too due to some pants I ordered from H&M. The problem with letting them out more is that they'll just scrunch up. Like in #2, the pants can't really drape over your shoe. Or am I just confused?

Nice pants! I would prefer to have them let out a little, like 1/2-1" so they skim the floor when you have no shoes on.

Angie I know you're trying to stay off the forum so I understand if you don't answer.
In preparing to go back to work after maternity leave I have been searching for pants to refresh my spring/summer wardrobe and to make my life simpler. I have found a couple options for straight leg trousers, these WHBM among them. Now I just need some help on PPL. I've shown them full length as well as folded up about 2 &1/2 inches. I also have plenty of hem if they need to be let out. I'm not a huge ankle pant fan so would really prefer full length but am willing to go ankle if that is the most versatile.
1&2 - with booties
3&4 - with oxfords
5&6 - with smoking slippers
Thanks for your input!
