I think my calf's around 13" and they fit well (although I know your calfs are smaller). There's a buckle on the upper calf which allows for some adjustment, a feature you might try to find. I am constantly on the lookout for boots that will fit a 12-inch calf, and they are extremely hard to find. Even Duo, who custom-makes narrow- and wide-calf boots, only goes as small as 30 cm, which is 11.8 inches. </p> <p>You might be able to finesse the fit a little if you tuck in skinny jeans and find boots with an adjustable buckle and/or stretch fabric in the construciton.
