Sandra, MyShape.com also calls me an M. Following the MyShape directions, my measurements are:
35
28
37.5

If possible, you should post a picture as Maya suggested. Angie and the ladies here are brilliant at pinpointing your shape. It is really helpful! BTW, I am an hourglass.

I did My Shape. Com this morning. They have me shaped as an M. A gently defined figure with a subtle waistline and graduated elongated curves. Proportionate shoulder, bust, and hips. A straight shoulder line with a defined waist and curvy rounded bottem. Does this mean I'm an hourglass figure? I thought I might be an apple because of my thicker waist. Thanks.

Hi Sandra

I'm afraid the only way we can tell is to see a picture. Measurements alone can be deceiving and many of us have discovered that we are a different shape from what we thought after posting pictures here. If you want you can blur your face or leave it off all together if you're not comfortable, but everyone here is very kind and helpful so you have nothing to fear.

A well-lit picture from the front in a snug-fitting cami or tshirt and jeans is the best way to go.

Hi, I am 5'6 tall and 117 pounds. My measurements are 36,28,34. I have skinny arms and legs. My waist is thicker. When I wear jeans my rear end doesn't fill them out and I get muffin top. I wear a Maurices size 1/2. What shape am I and what type jeans should I wear. Thanks so much.
