I'm thinking of something feminine and gauzy or flowing. Malibu has a laid-back vibe and it can get very cool at night since you're by the ocean. A light jacket with a pretty silk scarf would be nice. Or, a pashmina that may go with your outfit could be used to cover your arms. The wedding is at 5pm and is outdoors. I am &nbsp;65yo and have some challenges. I am a plus size- 18W and don't want my upper arms to show.
