Do you only wear your jackets to get to &amp; fro, and plan to go sleeveless indoors, or do you like to have a sleeve for the whole evening?<br />If it's a sit-down dinner, then bulky jackets/sleeves would be a problem--some moto's but&nbsp; not all, for instance. Also I find wraps a total pain if you really want coverage the whole evening--they're not warm and they require fussing. Better for standing around and not needing too much warmth. I think the dress you showed is more of a sporty-jacket look than a shawl wrap.
