Thanks for the tips, Angie. Matt went to Hong Kong years ago and I had forgotten that he got to do some siteseeing then. He says he did the Peak tram and Lan Kwai Fong then. I don't think he had heard of Tsim Sha Tsui and he's excited about the idea of Victoria Harbor at night. He also says he's willing to try the Jade Market.

Okay! Matt must go to the Peak with the Peak tram and take in the view of the city from the Island. He needs to go to Lan Kwai Fong at night – VERY FAB.

Matt must go to Tsim Sha Tsui and see the view from the other side. A night cruise in Victoria Harbor is another KILLER idea. It will blow Matt away.

If you want, we can yak on the phone. I’ll email my number.

I wish I could go, Angie, but he's going to a lot of places and I need to look after the kids.

Matt has expressed interest in some place he could go to get a great view of the city (I can't remember what he called it.) He likes views for taking pictures, seeing interesting things and people and he likes excitement. Does it help to know that he's an ENTP? I'm afraid he hates shopping but I will ask him about the Jade Market. The fact that it will be an adventure to get there might actually make it appealing.

Can you go with hubby, Patience? Try!!!

He is staying in an excellent neigbourhood. I grew up on HK Island and Central is very expat. He must take the tram to the Peak (that’s the area where I lived). Where do I begin with what he can do in HK? What does hubby LIKE to do? It will be VERY hot and humid there at this time of year. Be warned!

Hmm. The Jade Market is a lot more “local” (and on another island). Totally doable with the MTR but hubby will need to be patient and persevere for his Patience! Think Matt can do that?

My husband is going to Asia for business in a week or so and will be in Hong Kong for a weekend with free time. Any tips for fun things for him to do? He says he's staying in the central district and he's an amateur photographer.

Also, is it worthwhile to send him to the Jade Market for some shell pearls for me? If so, what kind of design should I ask for? He will need very specific instructions.
