I fold my basic turtle necks though. Just keep in mind that you don't really want to use padded hangers for everything in your closet, because they do consume space. Wire hangers will give you shoulder bump. I think those padded hangers are probably best for knits, but I use plastic and I don't have any problems with shoulder bump.
