That's what I think! Not many young people shop in M&amp;S in Hong Kong because of its "old-lady" vibe. I think it's a great store when it comes to quality (can't beat its bras for the price!), but yes, some stuff is way too classic for my taste. I tried the same ones on in coral on Saturday but they were just a teensy bit too wide for me but you're right they look great in person. Chances are very low that the local less expensive brands will work. </p> <p>This is exactly the same problem my sis in law ran into when they lived in Singapore (they lived there for 7 years). She had to purchase Euro brands - which were more expensive, and shop up a storm when she traveled. </p> <p>Clarks are usually over $100 here in the US. </p> <p>You could try shipping through Amazon? Gasp my feet could't even fit into the shoe. Other brands like Ecco, Rockport, Nine West etc. are even pricier.
