There are no official restrictions, but anything too eye catching would definitely put me under a spotlight in a bad way ( see my earlier post today about "No Yellow Pants" email). So I would guess that the pattern would have to be either a small allover one or something very monochromatic. I have worn my Hudson python skinnies (#1) to the lab, but they look grey till you come really close. I am yet to wear the split skinnies but will do. Ombre would work I just do not like it. So stripes, polka dots, small geometric prints, small monochromatic florals? Una, pastel florals sound great, but I would never be able to get away with them at work, and I do want to wear whatever I buy to work. I bought a pastel floral Equipment blouse last spring and I believe wore it total of 3 times, as I was teased mercilessly (in good nature, but still) that it resembles old grandmother' curtain.<br /> I love tuxedo detailing, but I might already have too many: the tuxedo pants in #1, Rag&amp;Bone sapphire tuxedo skinnies in #2, Rag&amp;Bone split skinnies (very recent purchase) in #3, as well as black pair from H&amp;M and taupe/olive pants I recently posted worn with my Gibson blazer. Which I believe leaves me to geometric prints.<br /> I like stripes best, but I wouldn't mind some small geometric allover print either. I really like the striped Hudsons in #4, but would they pretty much serve the same purpose as #3 in terms of outfits?
