Probably a US 8/10&nbsp;on the tailored pieces.&nbsp;</p> <p>But their sizes often run&nbsp;from 1 to 4 (unique to them). I wear a size US&nbsp;0, XS and UK 6/8&nbsp;- and usually wear a KM size 2 in this size range. I do prefer a looser tailored fit though. To my eye it looks more chic. I also have long arms and stand at 5' 6. Anything smaller is just too short.&nbsp;</p> <p>Their oversized pieces tend to fit a little roomier. In her descriptions, she mentioned that they run small. I've never seen any Karen Millen pieces so I have no idea what my size would be. I am wearing a size 4P/6P these days, though my NAS purchases were all over the place - some size 2, some 8... Do you have any thoughts on what a size a 5' tall, 125 lb person would wear in this brand? Thanks for any help! </p>
