And in fact in one store, the SA volunteered to take the pictures. I really need something that isn't straight-across. You might be the same way...it depends on your eyebrow contour. I wouldn't be concerned about taking pictures and then leaving, I did that all the time last summer and it wasn't a problem. I even asked the sale assistants to take pictures of my favourite ones - I simply said I wanted to have pictures to ask some people about their opinion (I was alone in the store). When I bought new eyeglasses this year, I ended up choosing frames that are in between oval and rectangle. My advice is to try lots of glasses on and see how they look. That's the only way you'll know. When you find the right pair, you'll know it.
