Piperlime and Express have them in black. Search for "knit boyfriend blazer" on their sites. The one at Express is especially nice. Good Luck

Do any of these look like they'll work? I tried the last one that Marianna suggested and it is very comfy but the proportions were wrong for me since I am on the shorter side. Please report back if you these or any others that are comfy.

Here's a couple by Nick and Mo. I have one and it's quite nice when I want to wear something soft and "hoodie" like, but still look polished and put together.

I am on a quest and hope you can help. I saw this adorable sweatshirt-material tailored black blazer at the Gap, and decided right then and there it was the perfect addition to my wardrobe. It would make everything look pulled together but wouldn't be constricting the way more formal blazers feel to me.

But when I tried it on, it didn't fit at all. (According to its seams, my boobs should have been coming out of the sides of my torso!)

Now I am desperate to find a well-tailored, well-made, two-button black blazer that is made from a soft, sweatshirt-like material. I've looked in all my usual suspect stores but no luck yet. Tried one on at Anthro, but one button styles don't work well on me if the button is low. Tried Brooklyn Industries (too boxy, no structure) and Urban Outfitters (too made-for-teen-bodies).

Any advice? Have you seen one anywhere?

I remain optimistic
