Thanks ANGIE! I thought It looked a bit different. It occurred to me later that it will work the best with a crisp shirt and more narrow sleeves. Thanks LIZ.

Star, my rolls are a bit different to the J.Crew roll! :)

I fold the cuff back down so that it looks neater. I cover the folds with the cuff, IYKWIM. It works with SHIRTS - not blouses. Blouses are too slippery.

I think for this type of rolling to work, the cloth has to be somewhat crisp/substantial, so it will hold the shape well, and the sleeve may need to be a bit more narrow or tailored. Most of my long-sleeved shirts are soft, not crisp, and the fabric doesn't want to stay where it's put.

Thanks MARY BETH! I think that is it. ANGIEs rolls always look a lot neater than this video though. I wonder if she has some extra tips for us. When I try it, it also look messy!

I think Mary Beth's video is it. It used to be called the "Jenna Roll" after Jenna Lyons, then-head of J. Crew. Full disclosure -- I am back to just rolling up my sleeves the regular way because at the end of the day the Jenna Roll was too fussy for me.

Was it this? https://youtu.be/1cD_8UR7Xrc?si=6yiVVb7jlzpYmttL

I tweak the roll so I can fold the entire cuff over the roll, if my cuff has some kind of cool pattern or detail.

VAL thanks for the effort but no. I'm looking for how she folds sleeves without tabs. The tip of the cuff still shows on the top of the fold up the arm. Maybe there is no post but I have noticed this in her WIWs. I have tried that tab hack, it is cool.

Hi Angie

You always roll up/cuff the sleeves on your button down shirts so neatly. I think there may have been a post in the past about how you do it but I have scoured the archives with no luck. Can you give some pointers please?
