Not liking them either. Like if they are on kakis or something then they look preppy. somehow that look doesn't translate to other kinds of pants.

Personally, I do not like crease lines on my own trousers. I steam them all out for a simpler look. That said, I like the look on others, and Greg prefers his dress pants with crease lines, so there you go.

There is no right and wrong here, and people see things differently. Some perceive crease lines to look crisp, modern and extra polished. The polar opposite to me. I just don't like them when I see them in my own outfits. They interfere with the lines of the silhouettes somehow. Soooooo, that's my blurb.

Again. There is no right and wrong. It's a personal preference. If you prefer crease lines on your own trousers - go for it.

I have to add that these are both obviously intended to be ankle pants...which means that on short me they are full length and I don't have to hem them! Yay!

Oh, I am interested in this question - do not recall recent post. I am not a crease person but would love to know Angie's take. Thanks for asking, Susie!

I recall a recent post about creases in dress pants. Do I remember correctly that you said no to creases? I got these 2 pairs at Ann Taylor yesterday and both have creases. Should I have them pressed without them? The black and white pair have tuxedo stripes if that makes any difference.

Thank you!
