True true about the cold back Kristen. I was trying to convince myself maybe I would instead use this little jacket as a transitional item for the fall and not for really cold weather. So maybe over my dresses with short sleeves etc. Bu in terms of versatility , perhaps not. And the baby doll thing, not so good...

I would say pass too, if only because it's an outdoor coat, which means the small of your back is sure to get cold!

And your hunch is right, I really do NOT like babydoll ANYTHING. Makes me look very odd...

I say pass. It’s just a hunch, but I don’t think you'll like the baby doll effect on a cropped jacket.

Hi Angie,
I ran across this jacket and thought it was cute.

http://cgi.ebay.com/FAMOUS-CAT.....133wt_1167

It is only about 18 inches long however, while most of my jackets fall between 20-23 inches long to hit my high-mid hip. Is this too short a little jacket i.e will it look weird and like I am wearing clothes too small for me? Or should I give it a rip and try something new :-)

p.s the Express leather jacket I just bought and posted is 20 inches long, just as a reference.
