You are an "M" shape. Just means your hip to waist ratio is not the anthropological ideal of a 12 inch differential. You have actually the most common shape of the human woman. Yes ladies anthropologists have studied our morphology and the model shape and the 'ideal shape' (hourglass) is the least common shape. When your bust and hips are balanced as yours are you just need to trick the eye into thinking you have more of a curve at the waist. The wrap dresses and tops look terrific on our shape. The jeans with the pocket detail in the back are right on. Stay away from block shaped jackets that hit the high hip. Any sheath with princess seams or bust darts will look good on your figure. The sweater causes the eye to go across your body giving the illusion of width were you are not. Like others said 'not your best look'.
