Such a modern classic - although it's also very on trend. I love it when the classics become it items. </p> <p>Faux fur vests, jackets and coats have a retro '70s (and '50s) element to them. Also always in style. </p> <p>Capes, same kind of retro integrity. </p> <p>Ponchos are harder. Some look avant-garde and pretty timeless, while others look dated to my eye. I chatted with the sales associate about it because I was surprised to see them. She said they were still going strong. </p> <p>I am wearing my animal print shoes and am on the look out for a flat or low heeled pair to complement my collection of animal print heels. </p> <p>Can't comment on the ponchos. I have one that I enjoy but I don't find them practical for my lifestyle. I am constantly having to adjust it to fall just the right way.
