In any case my black Blondo boots are really waterproof.<br />MaryK, I am thinking of this particular color - greyish brown. I find that black boots are hard to wear with lighter trousers but these should work with both light and dark I think.<br />Nicole, I have never tried La Canadienne, I thought they run narrow and I have wider feet.
