I have this issue and therefore stay away from flowy, soft, drapey shorts. I am intrigued to know if I would suit the culotte style shorts because I love that style. But I'm worried they will make me look larger? Since I have such a small frame, even me being an average weight for my height, I&nbsp;look too big for my frame.
