I use one many days -- probably at least 3-4 days out of a week -- and I'll often pop it in my tote for days when I need to carry additional stuff. My most-used clutch is the Vince Camuto below, and the silver Milly is the tote I use when I need to carry more stuff (paperwork, lunch, etc) to my studio. I also have a backpack style purse -- the blue Aimee Kestenberg below -- but I wore it more in the summer months than I have been lately. </p> <p>I've accumulated a nice little collection of clutches, and one of the great things about them is that they tend to be less expensive than other handbags, plus they are more compact and easier to store. I used to favor tiny crossbody bags that can go inside a larger tote, but have been having major back and shoulder problems and need to avoid carrying anything on my shoulders for a while, full stop. I dislike having a big satchel style in my hand or on my arm.</p> <p>Just wondering, are clutches and wristlets still stylish? And what are your feelings on the new mini-backpack style purses?&nbsp;</p> <p>I need to find something that can carry cards, cash, my phone (Samsung Galaxy) and maybe a lip gloss. I've been just putting things in my pockets but don't like the bulk of a phone in my pocket (plus girl jeans have extremely impractical pockets and I keep losing things).&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks!</p>
