I know there are differences described when it comes to men's jackets and blazers, but could not find any guidance for women. Is it a language question? Are there differences in the different English speaking countries? Or is there an actual difference between the items - i.e. is it a question of terminology?&nbsp;<br />I mix these two terms not knowing which is the correct one for what .... </p>
