I am usually between size 4 and 6. My bust size is 35 (32 DD) and apple waist 31 inches (though I usually wear size 28 jeans). So I'm not sure whether to order a S or M since I seem to be right in between their S &amp; M on the size chart. Anyone with similar body type buy this jacket, or if you are in between sizes did you have to go up or down? </p>
