Saved me a return. Would these suit better? Primary use is running around in cold places as a MOTG for fall/early winter. I wear almost exclusively boot cut and skinny jeans with sweaters and jackets. The first is a textile by Blowfish, the second is suede by Madden Girl. I am lusting somewhat for the Frye Melissa short but it is out of my budget and not accessible here. </p>
