So, if in between sizes like me, I would say size down to avoid crotch bunching. The fabric can handle it. I purchased them this past August. I cannot find any fabric content tag, but I am picky about tags so I probably removed it. I think mine had cotton and modal with some spandex, if I remember correctly.They are super soft and they stretch out a bit with wear. I'm thinking that the viscose should help them not to wrinkle as much but I don't know if all viscose is created equal. I would order them and see, the fit is great on you from what I've seen.<br /> I just googled viscose and it says that it is synonymous with rayon so it may not be that different but the percentages are quite different.
