A classic. The bejeweled snake torque (?) has been a staple in T&amp;C mag for decades. An interesting piece. I have to think now how Quirky Waif Extraordinaire (i.e. me) would wear it. Maybe with a lot of arm bangles and my southwest print dress. Or a long, oversized sweater and skinnies and cutout booties.
