I can picture 1 or 3. And possibly 4, which could allow you to play with moving the elastic cuff up or down to see what looks best. I feel like 2 looks too straight-leg to be a stylish look tucked into boots. It all depends, though, on how closely the pants fit your legs. Not major walking, but say on an occasion where I want to look stylish for a change but don't have to go too far. A party or meeting or some such. I'm on the fence about the cropped pants and skin showing look...I think they'd have to be capris for that to happen with these boots. I can't do tightness, so skinny jeans are out, and I don't love leggings.
