I ended up with a reddish bag and a red plaid scarf to tie in the booties with the rest of the outfit. I may have one or two tops that have spots or stripes of contrasting red, however. Both colors are great and striking in their own right. I do a lot of black, grey and ink in general myself, and I've been getting good use out of a burgundy belt and bag I got this season. The bag in particular does a very nice color pop. So you might get the same thing out of the boots. Then again, would you wear the blue more?
