I hemmed these LOFT sailor stripes for my highest heels. There is a deep enough hem that it could be cuffed and pressed for a lower heel. Then I could possible wear with my new burgundy Bella Vita Mod boots.</p> <p>I have largely avoided cuffs as I am short, but the dark color and vertical stripe of these pants is lengthening enough that I think I might not have the same poison eye for cuffs on me (love them on others).</p> <p>Are cuffs not current? Would these pants look good with low boots or do they need a heel? What proper cuff depth for a short person?</p> <p> </p>
