Boucing off this, have you done a ylf blog post about suiting for body types? I'm hoping to invest in a real suit soon (I have two *ok* ones that can pass for interviews) but otherwise I'm completely clueless on what I should look for.

Yay! As a fellow suit gal, I’m waving to you, Mattie.

Do you have to shop petites? Because if you don’t, I’d recommend Theory, Elie Taharie or Hugo Boss. But if you need to shop petites, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic and the Semantics brand at Nordstrom get my vote.

J. Crew is okay, but I’m not particularly partial to their suit quality.

If you need Euro shopping suggestions, I can offer those too.

Referring back to your suit post the other day, if someone wants to get an suberb quality suit that will last for years what lines do you recommend? I'm wanting to be put my money into a few great investment pieces each year and I love the suit idea and style. I'm a petite rectangle. Thanks.
