Angie, due to cardiac/diabetic illness my body has changed to something!!!! 44DDD bra with back-bulge, a humongous mid section about 45 in the waist, protruding stomach, I wear a size 6 pants with an elastic waist band but they only touch my waist (No hips or butt left just bone.) I'm 4'9'' and went from a sharp dressing shapely size 18/20 to this. I Don't know how to dress this!!!!!!!!!!! </p> <p>Please try to help me </p>
