				<description>&#060;p&#062;Vicky, my son lives in Tokyo and they are very fashion conscious.  I'd advise going for quality...the best you can afford.  Someone else can tell you better but I don't think you can go wrong with great black skinny jeans, but it will be very hot and humid so skirts might be a better choice.
