I just read your profile - and I see that you like to design and sew, maybe you can make your own pair. I recently purchased this class from Craftsy: Sewing Designer Jeans, by Angela Wolf and it's on sale now for $20. I think I will enjoy making my own jeans (the only garment I've never made before :))

You have some great suggestions already, but in case those don't work out for you, have you considered custom made jeans? You can buy the fabric, like this one: https://www.moodfabrics.com/ra.....nim-308709 It is from Ralph Lauren, a classic
medium-weight denim with a crisp hand with a rigid
dry effect and it costs only $12 /yard and you would need about 2 to 2 1/2 yards. Then you can use one of your favorite pairs of jeans to copy it for you.

LLBean has some 100% cotton jeans in a variety of styles and sizes, but they are "softened", so probably not stiff.
These are 98% cotton, 2% spandex:

I prefer older 501s over the current model as well. I have had good luck finding them at thrift stores, on eBay, and on Etsy. Vintage sellers on eBay and Etsy will usually provide garment measurements, so you can compare to one of your current pairs, instead of going by the size on the tag.

I'm always on the lookout for 100% cotton jeans and trousers. Here are a few that are on my radar right now:

https://www.taylorstitch.com/c.....-cone-mill

https://www.agolde.com/jamie-h.....rooklyn-11

https://www.frankandoak.com/pr.....-light-ind

Frank & Oak also has one of the only pairs of women's 100% cotton corduroys I've seen in a long time. I ordered a pair over the weekend, and they fit quite nicely (looks like they're selling out of most sizes). https://www.frankandoak.com/pr.....thay-spice

Suggestions: Take a look at wrangler.com, levi.com and eBay. com. These and several other websites appear when I search for "100 percent cotton jeans." Perhaps you could try similar searches if you haven't done it already?

Help, where can I find 100% cotton heavy stiff jeans?? 501's don't come in my size anymore.and even if the waist is 26 the rise is the same on all sizes. I am in a wheel chair, with 2 dobies that think they are lap dogs. Also, with paralyzed stomach muscles, low waist but higher in back is key. Also shape wear in petite. I am 5'6 but all legs.short torso,so this whole tunic and legging isn't working for me(baggy tights on skeleton legs just hang off) and looks worse, my legs and look horrible....I want classy pants with belt loops no big flare but no big bell......please help!!
