If there is any redness, tiny lumps it is almost always a sign of inflammation from allergies, either weather, food or household environment. Would need foot soaks or spray, we've had best luck with Zymox (available at Amazon, Walmart, etc) Try and get 1% strength, it works best. We went to doggeh dermatologist for 2 yrs, full allergy panel. Found our girl is allergic to cotton material (goodbye sheets, bedspread, favorite robe- she sleeps with me, NOT giving up my jeans, but toss a throw over me if she sits nearby).&nbsp;&nbsp;Dirt (!)household dust, certain types of grass and most meats. Stopped shots after 2 yrs, wasn't helping and she seemed worse actually. Needs bathing every 2-3 weeks with special oatmeal based hypoallergenic soap, double rinses. Food makes a huge difference too, one from her Dermatologist cleared up allergies great but gave her a stomach ulcer, OY! Also deals with a lot of ear yeast infections.
