Here's my art-inspired outfit, which also happens to be perfect for the Fourth of July. :)</p> <p>I bought this cotton tunic last summer at the Eastern Market in Washington, DC. It's incredibly lightweight, just right for catching an ocean breeze on the balcony! </p>
