I tried washing my new long puffer (white) for the first time. The (fake) fur trim on the hood got fried. It's all rough and yucky like a bad, tangled wig. I don't know if it looks that different, but it feels different.</p> <p>The hood is removable, but what is the point without it? I'm so depressed :(</p> <p>They didn't say to hand wash the hood!
