I find that even with my flat shoes, if the heel varies just a bit I then find I've not got PPL's if too short. Or I'm indecisive about what shoes I might ever want to wear with them.</p> <p>These look a bit too long as-is with extreme flats, even though you&nbsp;need some&nbsp;scrunch for sure. So to me it's matter of whether it's just as easy to spend a bit for hemming, if the pants themselves are perfect, vs. whether to try to find the exact length ready-made, vs whether you're wondering about a different size anyway.
