My gut says they will look great with boot or trouser cut slacks, but they may look clunky with pencil legged Audrey Hepburn type slacks (don't know which kind you have). I have boots from Dansko with a similar shaped heel and toe box. I never feel super chic when I wear them, but I end up wearing them A LOT because they look good enough for work and I can wear them all day running around without suffering. They look good enough.
