I have these exact ones, and I wear a men's 4 or women's 6. In fact, it says that right on the label under the tongue. Some stores (like zappos, for example) size them like that as well. I found them true to size - i.e., I usually wear a 6 and I ordered a women's 6, and they fit great. When I went to buy mine in-store, I had to ask for a 4.5 men's instead of a 6.5 women's. I think a 5 men's is definitely a 7 women's (besides, how many men wear a 4 or 5?). </p> <p>I went up half a size myself.
