Good to have a certified PPL practitioner’s approval. </p> <p>Helena, yes, i wear pretty much all flats—although winter boots described as “flat” might have a 2” heel, as my red ones do. </p> <p>Jonesy, right now I only have one pair of shoes in my winter footwear stable. They’re navy, so they won’t be an automatic match for the pants (although I plan to pair them sometimes). </p> <p>The finds are my current winter footwear that I think can go with the pants. I also plan to get flat riding boots, brown but maybe with black in them too, brown or black ankle boots and maybe some sturdy Oxfords (I’m thinking of a light color, like blush pink, but am not sure). I just realized that you can see the tights I’ve tucked my top into in these pix. I may not have looked so great, but after an hour in the chlorine, at least I know I was clean! </p> <p>I didn’t find any bags I’m interested in, but I did come across an item on my wish list—patterned winter pants—on sale. They could be let out about a centimeter, but that’s it. They are 100% cotton—good thing I don’t use a dryer! </p>
