JCrew (not really considered ''designer") is also hit and miss with me. I even don't know which are concidered designer brands. Of course I know the most famous ones like Prada, Chanel, DVF which are way out of my budget range...<br /> Anyway from premium denim brands Paige fits me well but I did not have any luck with CH, 7FAM or True Religions. I have bought one Tahari sheath which fit me almost perfectly from the rack but i have not tried anything else of this brand.<br /> I have very good luck with Danier leather brand: the fit is very good for me and the sleeves are long enough (rare occurence for me). Particularly tops. They are always too tight across the shoulders no matter how far I size up. Whether it's their fit model, or their idea of proportions, I'm always left a little bit puzzled as to what the hype was about because I just look wrong in them.</p> <p>A few designers come immediately to mind for me: Phillip Lim and Citizens of Humanity, for example. They just don't work on me.</p> <p>On the other hand, Narciso Rodriguez and Eileen Fisher (yes! Eileen Fisher!) always look great. </p> <p>What about you? </p>
