Having to size up a little also makes them slip. For some reason I could not get fit in Bass Whitney, though a pair of Bass Cordovan loafers from a few years ago have been great- and the Whitney looked ginormous. Many leather loafers are feeling just too “ hard”.<br /> I’m now focusing on suede even for S/S.<br /> I have got AGL, “ Thistles loafers” in black and now wish I’d tried the “ ginger” but all sold out.<br /> The Bass Find tassel loafer I am trying; even though the toe is almond and need more rounded, they seem very comfortable.<br /> I also plan to re- try the Whitney ( Find) sized down in suede or velvet.<br /> Many, many cute loafers, my feet just rejected. Loafers are classic and never go out of style, the same is true of bows. The only hesitation I have comes from my personal experience with bows and similar embellishments on shoes.
