(The woman in the purple leggings was really pulling them off, too, they looked cute.)</p> <p>I don't see black ones here this time of year, except for what looks like women on their way to yoga class. I'm not feeling them (the black capri length anyway) so much as a layer under skirt outfits with flats. Could be just me.
