I did a compulsive research on that a few years ago and found that they all slip, at least on me, and my heels are not narrow. I realized that the ones in my size rub a bit on the little toe so it looks like my size is ruling itself out and I will need the half size larger. The feet swell a bit in the Summer so the fit will change in the Winter. I tried them with trouser socks and the length is good in my regular size but the width is better in half size larger.<br /> I'd love to keep both pairs and decide in the Fall but it's too much money so that is ruled out.<br /> The best would be if they had my size in wide width but they don't have it.<br /> I am afraid to keep the bigger size and then maybe they will be too big in the Winter...<br /> Please help me decide.
