I'm a EU 37 with a medium width forefoot, a high arch, and a narrow heel. I usually take a 6.5 or 7 US -- in the Aquatalia styles I always go with the 7. I usually wear a 7 in Paul Green, 7.5 in most other brands. I tried on the 7.5 in these Aquatalias and I couldn't get my foot into it. Or I could, after some effort. They were quite narrow. My foot is not really wide, but it is a bit high volume, in that I have a high instep. But in this case, it was mainly the narrowness that made the boot too small to get on. Otherwise, they are really nice looking and felt good inside. I would say they are low to medium arch support. They seem well suited for a low-volume foot on the narrow side. To me, they felt true to size in length. A good grippy sole, and easy on and off with the zipper. I would size up a little to allow for socks.. I have a completely different style of this brand of bootie in my regular size and wish I had gotten a half size larger. Even in stockings they are a bit tight in the toe box for all day wear or with thick socks. I got them to replace a well worn pair of waterproof Munroes, which is a brand that also runs a bit narrow but fits me well. My feet are a bit narrow but I usually buy a medium width.<br /> An you return them? I suspect the sale price says something is off. The comments suggest that several have had problems with the sizing. Maybe a whole size up for these would be the way to go.
