Maybe this is the reason why I did not feel the need to purchase any clothes I could wear immediately: it was impossible to predict what would be needed two days on.</p> <p>So I ended up with a summer jacket and (finally) blush loafers – the latter meant for office use when I’m currently working from home .</p> <p>So funny story: the summer jacket I found on the Uniqlo website when I was ordering a pair of checked Ezy pants on discount. I was sure I needed those pants as I know the fit and liked the print. I only ordered the jacket to get free shipping *blush*. Of course I ended up keeping only the jacket … The print on the pants was somehow smaller scale and lower contrast than I had thought from the pictures. But I could use a lightweight summer jacket and I feel the unique color and wide cut of this one can inject simple summer outfits with a trendier vibe.</p> <p>As for the blush loafers I must admit to some FOMO. It seemed to me that the past years there were so many more choices for blush flats (though I never found the perfect pair for me) but they seem less available now. Worried that by waiting another year I might miss the opportunity entirely, I ordered some options and am very excited about these square-toe cuties. I’m going to hope for some wearing opportunities this year and trust that I’ll still be into them next year. A shoe for my blush complement has been on my wishlist for two years so that’ll probably be allright.</p> <p>In the spirit of sharing the good AND the bad I can say that I also sent back some espadrilles (a style that I’m doubting is for me anyway) and a LOVELY, bud sadly itchy, wool scarf by a local hipster brand. No brick and mortar shopping at the moment, shops will reopen by the end of the month. Maybe then I can try on some more casual transitional shoes that, now the weather is finally turning, I have a real use for.</p> <p>Thanks for looking, all comments welcome! </p>
