I’m a bit OCD in that regard . Right now I’m wearing a lot of coloured tile stretch bracelets with a white watch band , and nail colour that works with one of the colours in the bracelets ( summer brights ) . When I use a perforated black watch band , my bracelets are usually modern and graphic and strictly gold or silver . I’m keeping my eyes open for an olive green and a less athletic looking black band . I often wear a bracelet with it and really like the look. But I agree with Lisa that it’s important to consider how the two work together. I do take care to make them work with the watch band though . I also switch out bands seasonally to make the jewellery work better too . I always wear bracelets on my left arm and the Apple Watch didn’t change that .
